FOREVER ACTIVE EXERCISE CLASSES AT ANSTEY VILLAGE HALL

SPORTS AND EXERCISE CLASSES AT ANSTEY VILLAGE HALL

Please see the revised schedule below for times and fees for our classes, which are open to all age groups (NB some timings have changed):

There are weekly sessions as follows:

Mondays

Dance Fit – 5.30pm – 6.30pm – £4.00 per session
(A new class, suitable for all ages and abilities)

Tuesdays

Yoga – 5.15pm – 6.15pm – £4.00 per session

Table Tennis – 7.30pm – 8.30pm – £3.00 per session

Wednesdays 

Table Tennis – 10.00am – 11.00am – £3.00 per session

Pilates – 4.30pm – 5.30pm – £4.00 per session

Carpet Bowls – 7.30pm – 9.30pm – £2.50 per session

Thursdays

Yoga – 9.45am – 10.45am – £4.00 per session

All classes  – 1st session is free

New members are always welcome at any of these classes. The first session is absolutely free; thereafter, it’s just pay as you go, with no upfront fees. Contact Dave Oxley on 01763 848584 (or email oxleydj@yahoo.co.uk) for more information.


Future planned events at the Hall include:

ANSTEY ‘POP-UP’ FILM AND SOCIAL CLUB.

The next meeting of the Film Club will be on Friday 19th October 2018. Doors open at 7.30pm and the film will start at 8.00. All paid-up members should have received an emailed flyer with details of the film that we’re showing. Non-members are welcome to join us on the night; either as a guest (£3 entrance) or to sign up for the year’s subscription.

ANSTEY 1914 – 1918 IN WORDS AND PICTURES – SATURDAY 17th NOVEMBER 2018. 7;30 for 8;00pm – £5,00

Anstey 1914-1918 in words and pictures. Saturday 17th November, 7.30 for 8pm, Anstey Village Hall. £5 to include a glass of wine.
Jenny Goymour writes: – “I have been collecting information about Anstey at the time of World War I and the soldiers who served; those who returned as well as those who gave their lives. Do come along and share my findings and photos on the 100th anniversary of the end of the war.

 

CHRISTMAS DANCE – SATURDAY 1st DECEMBER 2018. 7:30 to 11:30pm – Tickets £15.00

The Village Hall Christmas Dance will be held on Saturday 1st December 2018, with popular band ‘Revival’ once again playing the hits from the 60s.
